Change default owner of bugs to not be devel@lists.openmoko.org

Description
The amount of bug mails on the devel list make any kind of real communication impossible. Please send the bug mails somewhere else or create a new mailinglist for that.
People interested in seeing all bugs can read buglog.

there is buglog@… which should get a copy of all tickets changes (not only some components)
whats the communities wishes on this topic? keep the default owner send mails to the devel list till ticket is taken/assigned or just quiet them out (and hope somebody cares)?

What about sending it to its own list? bugtrac@… or something, an easy subscription for anyone who wants/needs to follow changes on trac. I've been happy at getting the bug mails (the past 48 hours or so have been busy) since I've just set my mailserver to stuff them in a different IMAP box, which I can browse at need or interest. But if they're mixed in with normal interactive list traffic they're bothersome. (at best)
