Raise the attachment limit of https://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ to 4 MiB

Description

Hello, when trying to attach a screenshot made using a digital camera to a ticket in order to demonstrate a crash, this fails because the current limit for such attachments is far too small (e.g. 256KiB). Please increase this limit such that such images can be attached.

pushed the limit to 2.5mbyte.

4mbyte would push it a bit far, please crop/scale the images a bit first. not everybody has broadband like we do ;)

does this work for you?

Yes, in my particular case, this works for me. :-)

However, I do not think that the "not everybody has broadband" argument is valid in this case, because attachments are not downloaded automatically and before downloading an attachment, the user gets the size of the attachment displayed, and thus can decide whether it is worth to have a look. And even a 56k modem user will have downloaded 4MB within 12 minutes if the user is really interested. Furthermore, specific to Openmoko, when posting photographed screen shots, a very high level of detail may be necessary, imposing a minimum requirement on the image size.

Thus, I'd recommend to raise the limit to even 5MB. :-)
